This summer I visited my family in Sahuayo, a city in the state of Michoacán,Mexico. It’s a very different atmosphere and vibe being here then back home. In Mexico bailes are a very common event. Every Friday and weekends there was always a event and free Banda playing at the plaza and everyone in town would go, something I don’t see a lot of in Cicero. My backyard in Cicero is very different to the backyard in my grandpas ranch. My backyard at home doesn’t have cows , horses and chickens and acres of land for growing crops. It’s very common to go walking and see beautiful horses roaming. In Cicero I just see stray dogs and cats.
